With the way things have gone these last few days it is all so unreal and so deeply sad. I literally feel sick. On a good note, here in Connecticut, we thankfully have strong discrimination laws. If you or a loved one find yourself the victim of discrimination in employment, give us a call. This includes not being hired because of your minority status. This also includes being harassed and discriminated against by co-workers and/or supervisors, who now feel empowered to say and do things that are totally offensive. I can't change our situation, but I can make a difference one person at a time and I will continue to do that no matter the obstacles.

I was curious, how would artificial intelligence view workplace discrimination? Would it even understand the harsh realities of that concept? Would it invoke any type of outrage or show any emotion in its response? I was recently granted the privilege of being a tester for Google’s upcoming release of its Al BARD generator. I typed in “write me a blog on workplace discrimination” and out popped this well written article that was not only technical and informative, but it was sympathetic and compassionate. It did express outrage and emotion! What was even more impressive is that it was empowering and expressing to to the reader “If you have been the victim of race discrimination, please don’t hesitate to reach out for help” and “Don’t give up. It may take time and effort, but you can fight back against race discrimination.” So what is Race Discrimination in the workplace based on an artificial intelligent viewpoint? Why not read it for yourself!

I am extremely proud and excited to OFFICIALLY announce that after several exhausting years of legal battles - all the way up to the Appellate Court - I have prevailed by way of a settlement agreement. As of today, ALL VICTIM OF DISCRIMINATION, SEXUAL HARASSMENT and HATE CRIMES ARE GUARANTEED A RIGHT TO A NON-ATTORNEY REPRESENTATIVE TO FILE AND REPRESENT THEM BEFORE THE STATE COMMISSION.

Some important information for those who have chosen not to get Covid-19 vaccinated. IF your employer decides to implement a vaccination policy or be fired (which is skyrocketing at the moment, even Walmart, Disney, Google, ESPN, etc. have jumped on board with such a policy), be forewarned that it is highly probable that you WILL BE DENIED unemployment compensation benefits because unemployment classifies it as a wilful act of violating a company policy. Unless you have a valid medical reason backed-up by medical documentation or a verifiable religious exemption, you should prepare yourself for these social and political negative consequences. Don't shot the messenger, just thought you should know!
