Every day I work with prospective and existing franchise owners in order to try to help them move their business forward. The difference with me and a most other consultants that you may meet is that I do it at the same time. I’m actually building my own franchise businesses.
There’s a lot of consultants that talk about owning franchise concepts, but are they really doing it every single day? So they feel the pain of having to figure out how to get a location open or keep it running day and day out. Have they survived an economic meltdown like we did in 2008 or navigated a pandemic?
I don’t wear fancy clothes, and I don’t drive a fancy car. I drive a heavy duty pick up truck and I wear old tennis shoes, because more often than not, on a daily basis, I’m working inside of a business trying to either get it open or keep it running . When I’m not doing that, that’s when I’m helping people like you find a business that can take them in a new direction. That direction will be exciting and challenging, but know that you will be doing it with someone by your side who understands exactly what you’re going through.
