Last Wednesday, we kicked off our very first Taylor Internship Experience (TIE)—and what a day it was! We were thrilled to welcome our interns with an experience designed to give them an introduction to Taylor before their summer of meaningful, real-world learning begins.

Our interns began the day with tours of our Fridley and ADA facilities, gaining a behind-the-scenes look at our operations. After connecting over lunch with team members and leaders, interns heard an inspiring keynote from Tommy Merickel, followed by a dynamic leadership panel featuring Bart Prins, Ellysa Makos, Ash Sadek and Mandy Montain, led by Harley Ries.

We ended on a high note with networking and games on the main floor—complete with a golf simulator, bags, and plenty of opportunities to build new connections.

A huge thank you to our interns, we’re so excited to have you here this summer! And a special thank you to Brenna McCarthy and Brent Christopherson for their hard work in making this event such a success. 👏

Over the weekend, while the new hardwood was being installed upstairs at Madison Square Garden, the Taylor team was downstairs bringing the excitement of the NBA Finals to life by installing a massive floor graphic replicating the iconic court design.

As a proud partner of Madison Square Garden, it’s always exciting to help transform bold ideas into immersive experiences—but with the Knicks in the NBA Finals and all of New York City buzzing, this project was even more special.

From production through installation, every detail was designed to capture the look and feel of the court while creating a memorable experience for the thousands of fans passing through one of the world’s most iconic venues.

A big thank you to our production and installation teams for delivering another exceptional ex*****on and helping to bring this vision to life.
