This year, 19 employees from eight Taylor companies completed our third Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD) program.

Over five interactive sessions, participants explored key leadership topics including emotional intelligence, coaching, communication, conflict management, feedback, goal setting, and AI in the workplace. They also gained valuable insights from Taylor leaders who shared their personal leadership journeys and lessons learned along the way.

Beyond skill development, LEAD creates opportunities for employees to connect across the organization, learn from one another, and grow as future leaders.

Congratulations to our 2026 LEAD graduates and everyone who helped make this year's program a success!

Women’s Equality Day at Taylor serves as a reminder of the important role each of us plays in creating an environment where women feel confident contributing ideas, pursuing career growth and stepping into leadership roles.

Through connection, mentorship and professional development, the Women of Taylor employee resource group supports this mission by building community and encouraging women to learn, grow and thrive together.

For Sarah Goettl, Senior Account Executive at Taylor, that community has been an important part of her own career journey.

“I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when women have a community that encourages them to grow. Through my involvement with Women of Taylor, I’ve watched connections turn into mentorships, ideas become opportunities and colleagues become advocates for one another."

From everyone at Taylor, Happy Women's Equality Day!

Our Women of Taylor and Employee Resource Group members were recently inspired by a truly memorable session with Jon Carmichael.

Through stories of pursuing a lifelong dream, overcoming heartbreak, and trusting the journey, Jon reminded us that some of life's most meaningful moments happen when we continue moving forward despite obstacles. His message resonated with many of us: sometimes the moments we're meant for are found on the other side of uncertainty.

Investing in our employees means creating opportunities to hear diverse perspectives, learn from remarkable experiences, and inspire one another to grow.
Thank you, Jon, for an impactful session and for sharing your incredible story with our team.

Strong leaders create strong teams, and we're committed to developing both.

The Taylor Professional Development Academy (TPDA) recently celebrated its third year, bringing together director-level leaders and above for an immersive 18-week leadership development journey. Participants engage in intensive learning focused on trust-building, vision setting, strategic ex*****on, talent development, change leadership, and executive communication.

The experience concluded with team-based action learning projects that addressed real business challenges and opportunities, culminating in presentations to executive leadership in North Mankato.

A huge congratulations to the 2026 TPDA participants. We are grateful for their commitment, hard work, and growth throughout the program, and we look forward to the impact they will continue to make across Taylor.

We are proud to share that, during the 2026 Caracal Products & Services Executive Leadership Meeting, John Reumann, Vice President of Marketing at Taylor, was recognized with the Glen Taylor Excellence in Mentorship Award honoring his exceptional leadership and dedication to supporting colleagues across the organization.

This prestigious annual award recognizes individuals who transcend traditional business relationships to embody the true spirit of mentorship; those who give a hand up, not just a handout.

John's dedication and unwavering commitment to mentoring others in sales strategy, marketing acumen, and business development has left a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to learn from him. What an incredible impact to have left across Taylor and all our partners.

Congratulations, John, on this well-deserved honor!
