Baby back ribs with only salt and pepper seasoning. They smoked for a little over three hours then were wrapped in tinfoil.

I played around with different flavor profiles and made a homemade tangy barbecue sauce for one and used an asian orange sauce for the other!

What's your favorite sauce/flavor for ribs?

Making your own beef jerky is a fun (and cheaper) way to enjoy a favorite snack!

This quick batch of jerky was made from brisket flat trimmings. To keep the brisket theme going, they were only seasoned with salt and pepper. It took these guys a total of 6 hours to dry out on a bradley electric smoker running at 170 degrees!

Beef Cheek Tacos! This was a far cry from authentic babrbacoa; however, this turned out absolutely delicious!

You read that right "beef cheek" from the cow's face is a very hard working muscle and needs time to break down all the connective tissue. Once that is achieved, it may be the most rich succulent bite in barbecue!
