🌟Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our team at Open Wings Home Care Agency. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to patients in their homes, playing a vital part in their recovery and well-being. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Perform wound care and suture management for patients.
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Assist with discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions from hospital to home.
Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health management.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records using electronic health systems like Epic.
Perform phlebotomy and catheterization as required.

🌟Requirements
Speak Spanish and English.
Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical procedures.
Experience with discharge planning and patient assessments preferred.
Ability to administer injections and perform suturing competently.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly Epic, is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and families.
