What I can help with:

Do you want your groceries at your rental when you get there?
You order online- I will pick them up and deliver to your rental house and set up for you before you get into town.

Do you need someone to help with your Airbnb.
I can Co Host and answer all those emails for you when people are trying to rent from you.

If you don’t live at the beach, but want security that your place is in great shape for the next guest, I can check on your property to make sure everything is ready and nothing is out of place.
