So this little lady is get warm and waking up from here long winter nap.
If you didn't know female wasp over winter in mulch or heavy leaf matter. They will emerge and start building nest and laying eggs.
I do my best to let them live at this time of the year as they are not a nuisance yet and will help pollinate early flowers, bushes and trees.
Not all pest guys kill everything.
