Thanks to all who are asking about my safety! Temple and I chose to evacuate vs sitting it out in North Port. Went to east side of state only to find ourselves in the middle of tornado warnings. Tornadoes did a lot of damage with some loss of life, south of us, but we are safe. My heart goes out to those who have endured significant damage or losses across the state. And let us not forget about North Carolina and the other states dealing with catastrophic weather situations. Much gratitude to first responders, emergency services, FEMA, the National Guard, friends, neighbors, relatives, and so many others who help those in need. You are God’s gift to all. ❤️

What a great day we had today! I was privileged to facilitate the kick off session for Leadership Englewood. From working with their DiSC reports, sharing deep insight, and teaming up to build bikes, everyone brought their best to the day.
