A neighbor had a dead battery this morning on their 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. Cells had water but battery wouldn’t hold a charge at all type dead. I removed and replaced the battery (24F). That car was last driven less than a week ago and the battery was fairly recent so I was watching for any signs of a draw. I see brake lights staying ON, even when the car is completely off. Well there’s the draw. Turns out, the plastic grommet on the top of the brake pedal that pushes the sensor in to turn off the lights had deteriorated and crumbled out of its spot. I took a bolt and nut with the same head size as the grommet and replaced it. Woohoo! Bingo! Lights on demand again. Thank you for trusting me to help!

This skirt was a fun one to alter. It is adorable! We took 4” off the front, 2” off the back, kept the .5” sweetheart drop.

Aluminum (or magnesium for that matter) anode rods don’t like our Florida water. Switching to an electric anode rod significantly reduces sediment and the need for flushing your water heater. This was bad enough to burn out a heating element. 😳

🚨UPDATE🚨

I’m betting you noticed the business name change! Unfortunately, the business structure of 🐾The K9 Life LLC needed a change that wouldn’t allow it to remain. (LLC Partnership) The benefit though, is that I, Athena, can now offer more.

I am incorporating the things that I currently offer to customers, like sewing or embroidery services, with the things I offer to friends and family, like automotive consulting, small handyman projects, home watch or mower/generator maintenance. Hopefully, making it a one stop shop for someone you trust when YOU need help, too, from someone bonded and insured.

‘A.T. Your Service’ (a woman-owned sole proprietorship) will focus on Automotive Consulting & Advocacy with support, management support, clerical support, customer services and more. So, you will see a few changes and a new logo soon.
