*By Registering for and Bidding at this Auction, ALL Buyers are Verbally Agreeing to and Entering into a Legal Binding Contract to ALL Terms and Conditions Of The Auction as follows;
*Everything is Sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS" with NO Warranty’s or Guarantees being implied, offered, or expressed on any Condition of any Items being Offered for Auction. Condition of ALL Items is the Sole Determination and Responsibility of the Buyers. Auctions plus, Inc will allow buyers to examine, Plug-in, Start, or otherwise test items for One Hour PRIOR TO THE START OF THE AUCTION.
*All bidders must register with the Cashier at the auction and have a bidder number assigned to them. Anyone not registered with the Cashier on auction day will not be permitted to bid or buy any items at the auction.
*All items must be paid for before or at the end of the auction AND Removed no later than 6:00pm Day of sale UNLESS otherwise agreed to by the Auctioneer and/or seller. All Online Buyers Credit Cards On File will Be Processed at the end of the Auction and Online Buyers Must Pick up Their Items at the Advertised Location During The Scheduled Days and Times offered For Pick up of That Particular Auction.
*12% Buyers Premium will be added to the final total of the Buyer’s invoice.
*Sales Tax. 0.00% Sales Tax will be Charged on all Invoices for this Auction.
*Acceptable Payments are Cash, Check, or Credit/Debit Cards. ANY INVOICES of $2,500 or More MUST Be Paid in Cash or Via Wire Transfer ONLY The next Bank Business Day. No Exceptions. All Items/Lots associated with that Invoice will Remain on the Property until Full Payment is Received.
* Any Payments Made By Personal/Business Check for Titled Items, Fi****ms, Heavy Equipment, Machinery, Large Bulk Items, AND/OR any Invoices of More Than $2,500.00 will not leave the premises until That check clears. (3-5Business Days). Payments Made by Cash, or Wire Transfer Will Be Transferred to the Buyer as soon as Possible.
* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Buyers Agree that by Placing a Bid for Items that NO REFUNDS, Credit Card Chargeback’s, OR RETURNS will be Accepted by Auctions Plus, Inc.
*Auctions Plus, Inc, its Subsidiaries, Auctioneers, Employees, Contractors, Sub Contractors, Volunteers, Vendors, and/or Sellers ARE NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items and/or for any accidents OR Injuries. Buyer takes full responsibility for all items purchased as soon as the Auctioneer Says "SOLD".
*Any Additional Terms and Conditions read or Stated at the Start of the Auction will supersede any and all other terms and conditions That may have been printed elsewhere
*Auctioneer will have final say with any and all disputes that may arise with any bidder(s). In Ohio, It is the Law that once an auctioneer says an item is sold, that item cannot be reopened for bidding.
*Seller has the right to accept or reject any high bid on any item(s) and/or set reserves on an item(s) that they see fit.
*Some items may be sold as a "Yes or No" from the seller.
