Recently, our North Bay team gathered to celebrate a remarkable milestone and recognize two extraordinary individuals whose vision, dedication, and perseverance helped shape Foraco Canada.
Twenty years ago, Tim and Rob started the company with a single drill rig, a strong work ethic, and a belief that through hard work, integrity, and commitment to their people and customers, anything was possible. What began in 2006 as a modest operation has grown into a thriving organization with 450 employees, 75 drill rigs, and a reputation for excellence across the industry.
Their journey has not always been easy. Through economic cycles, operational hurdles, long days, and sleepless nights, their determination never wavered. They continued to invest in their people, embrace opportunities, and lead with courage and conviction.
Foraco Canada’s growth and success stand as a testament to their leadership and vision. More importantly, they have built more than a business. They have built a culture, created opportunities for hundreds of employees and families, and established a lasting legacy.
