The advice I gave when social media started was to be everywhere.
Get ClickFunnels.
Spend real money on the website and make it beautiful.
Send an email weekly, or better yet, daily.
I do not believe a word of that anymore.
Here is what changed my mind.
I watched people pour time, money, and energy into activities that produce nothing.
Most websites do not get meaningful traffic.
People subscribe to a lead magnet, download it, and unsubscribe the same day.
Emails do not get delivered, do not get read, and do not get answered.
And then, instead of investing in one mentor who already has the system figured out, they buy another course.
Then another program.
Wasted, wasted, wasted.
What I tell people now takes one sentence.
Pick a platform, create a community on that platform, show up, serve, connect, and then reach out and share your heart and your wisdom.
That is it.
Business is so much simpler today than the version we were all sold, and simplifying is what gives you your life back instead of a job you built for yourself.
What is one thing you are still doing in your business because you were told to, not because it works?
