The 2026 EuRA - European Relocation Association Conference in Malta was an unforgettable few days for IOR Global Services! ❤️🤍
From proudly sponsoring the beautiful Welcome Reception to contributing across two thought-provoking panels and an inspiring Ignite session, it was a privilege to be part of such a dynamic global mobility community. We had the opportunity to connect and learn alongside partners from around the world, exchanging insights on relocation trends, collaboration, and what it takes to build strong, trusted partnerships in today’s evolving mobility landscape.
🌍 In our first session with Rob Burns, we explored AI and the balance between innovation in the workplace and human judgment, sparking meaningful discussion on how technology and expertise can work together.
🏖️ In our second session with Diana Melbourn, panelists shared thoughtful and honest perspectives on the value of leaning into trusted “coopetitors,” taking career leaps of faith, and building longstanding partnerships in our mobility sandbox.
💫 We also celebrated an inspiring Ignite moment with Andrea Gullickson, who delivered a standout session that reflected the power of saying “yes” to growth and stepping into discomfort.
A special highlight throughout the week was experiencing Malta’s culture through vibrant evenings, shared celebrations, and memorable conference moments that reminded us why this community is so special. Grateful for the connections, conversations, and continued collaboration across the global mobility industry ✈️
