Elite Consulting has been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000, Inc. magazine's list of the fastest growing private companies in America.

People think they are hiring us for the numbers. Then they sit down and start telling us about the partner they want to buy out, the parent they are now supporting, the kid starting college, the business they are not sure they want to run in five years.

None of that shows up on a form, and all of it changes the answer.

That is why we start with the story instead of the documents. You cannot plan around a life you have not been told about, and you cannot build a real strategy from paperwork alone. We do that work while the year is still open, so by April there is nothing left to react to.

Getting here took longer than a list like this makes it look. For years this was mostly just me and a belief that it could be done better.

Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸
I wasn't born beneath these stars and stripes, but by God's grace, they became mine. This country gave me the chance to dream, to build, and to become. Not perfect, but as close as we come, this side of Heaven, to what God intended.

Grateful for this nation and everything it's made possible. May God continue to bless America for generations to come. ❤️

We wrapped up the year celebrating with our incredible team, who traveled from across the country to be together in person at our headquarters. We also spent time in beautiful Chicago during our Christmas celebration, recounting success stories of how we’ve impacted our clients and reflecting on the path toward even greater impact ahead.

I’m deeply grateful for our team and all they do.

Coming from a land far away, I’ve lived in a country where freedom was taken for granted— What we have here is a blessing—something worth preserving for our children and future generations. This land, built on hard work, faith, and freedom, is worth protecting. Stand up for the values that built this country. Get out and vote.
