It’s tough to embrace the cold and get the kids outside when the weather is not on our side, however, fresh air is great for everyone and if you’re dressed right, cold weather is definitely manageable. Rain and snow gear and, of course, layers are the way to go! Fresh air and time in nature are restorative - and we all need to stay active in these crazy times, for our mental and physical health!
