Important Notice to Our Customers

First and foremost, thank you for your continued trust and support. We truly value our customers and the community we serve.

We want to clarify that while Comcast has been present in town and has been evaluating the system for future upgrades, no sale or transition has taken place. A future transition will not occur until sometime this summer, and we will provide clear communication well in advance of any changes.

Comcast’s interest is centered on investing in system improvements and long-term upgrades. When the time comes, customers will continue to have access to reliable service and highly competitive pricing. Depending on the services you choose, some customers may find that they can save money while gaining access to additional options and enhanced capabilities.

Most importantly, please know that nothing changes today. We will continue to own and operate the system for at least the next six months or more, and our team will remain fully committed to supporting you. We are here to address any questions, concerns, or service needs—just as we always have.

Thank you again for your loyalty and support. We are proud to serve you and will continue to do so throughout this process.

We hope this message finds you well. Recently, we’ve heard questions and concerns about whether we have already sold the business. We want to address this directly and provide clarity.

While we are in the process of selling the company to Comcast, the sale has not been completed.
Our family still fully owns and operates the business, and we will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Until the transition is officially finalized, nothing about your service or support will change.

For decades, our family has taken pride in serving our community with reliable service and personal attention. We remain committed to supporting you and addressing any issues that may arise during this period. When the sale is finalized, we will communicate all necessary details to ensure a smooth and transparent transition. With that said, you can be assured that we will be working closely with the local Comcast team, to continue to provide you with superior Internet, TV and Phone services.
