Northfield Falls outage has now been restored by Xfinity. They apologize for the last couple of days and realize this has been frustrating for customers. No more upgrades will take place in this area until the actual cutover which they will be announcing soon.

Attention Customers in the Northfield Falls area. Comcast/Xfinity is aware of this outage and they will be on-site in a few minutes. New equipment was installed earlier and is misbehaving.

Service Notice: Two more areas that will be affected by brief system upgrades within the next 2 hours. Rt 12 N including Dogwood Glen, Doyon Rd and Nfld Falls Trailer Park. The second location will affect Northfield Falls.

SERVICE OUTAGE NOTICE
We are aware of a service outage currently affecting customers in the Western portions of town. Comcast, which is now responsible for all outside plant maintenance during this transition, has been notified and will have technicians on site as soon as possible to identify and repair the problem.

📢 New Office Hours & Xfinity Customer Assistance

Our new office hours are:

Monday: Closed
Tuesday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

We’re also pleased to announce that Comcast/Xfinity representatives will be staffing our Northfield office to assist customers with questions about Xfinity services, pricing, and the timeline for transitioning to the Xfinity network.

Customers are welcome to stop by during business hours for assistance and information about the upcoming transition.

CUSTOMER NOTICE

We would like to let our customers know that we are no longer able to accept payments through the office door slot. The payment slot has been blocked off by Comcast as part of their security procedures.

Please do not leave payments at the office when we are closed.

Payments can still be made during our regular office hours, 8:30 to 4:00.

PLANNED SERVICE INTERRUPTION
Please be advised that there will be a planned service interruption on Tuesday, August 18, beginning at 12:01 AM and lasting until approximately 5:00 AM.
The following areas will be affected:
NORTH: From the Village Common, including East Street, north to the Northfield Falls Trailer Park.
SOUTH: From the Village Common, including South Main Street, south to Washington Street.
This interruption is necessary to complete work associated with the upcoming bridge replacement project on South Main Street.
