BLG Logistics welcomes Christopher Dillard as the new Second Shift Group Leader at our Vance, Alabama facility.

Christopher brings with him a strong drive for growth, innovation, and excellence—values that align closely with BLG. In his role, Christopher will continue to develop his leadership skills by building strong team and customer relationships, leading with integrity, and continuously improving our operations.

Outside of work, Christopher is deeply involved in his community, where he coaches youth football and baseball and helps young athletes grow on and off the field. A dedicated family man, Christopher also enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and traveling.

🚨 Join us in welcoming: Steven Revis 🚨

Please join us in welcoming Steven Revis as our new Senior Group Lead at our Greer location!

Steven brings over twelve years of industry experience to BLG with in plant management and staffing. Steven has also had recent experience as an onsite manager before his new role here at BLG, and he hopes to build on and utilize that experience from his previous positions.

Steven and his wife of five years have four children (ages 13, 16, 17, and 20), and they love to travel and spend time outdoors together. Whether it's on the road or in nature, Steven is all about making memories and staying active.

In his new role, Steven will focus on supporting his team and driving success for the operation as a whole. He’s eager to share the knowledge he’s gained over the years and help the team grow stronger together.

BLG Logistics is proud to introduce Kanavish “KJ” Huckleberry as the new Site Leader at our Vance, Alabama location.

KJ has over eight years of experience in the automotive industry and more than five years in leadership with a deep understanding of operations, team development, and customer focus. Throughout his time at BLG as a Group Leader, he has demonstrated his commitment to fostering a strong, process-oriented culture built on safety, collaboration, and performance. When asked, KJ stated that he “wants to help others in developing their talent and careers and help people grow into new leadership roles as he himself has at BLG.”

Outside of work, KJ is a devoted family man and proud father to his 7-year-old daughter. He stays active in his community as a youth basketball coach and a strong supporter of Bibb County High School Athletics as a top booster. He is also a proud supporter of the University of Alabama Athletics.

With KJ leading the team in Vance, we look forward to a continued bright future for our operations in Vance!

Today we say farewell to someone who has made a lasting impact on our team — Clara Thuemling.

Clara joined BLG Logistics Inc. from BLG Germany through the FKN Management Trainee Program, and from day one, she hit the ground running as a Project Manager on our U.S. team. Over the past year, Clara has been instrumental in supporting the growth of BLG Logistics in the U.S., lending her expertise and dedication to nearly every aspect of our operations. Her insight, initiative, and willingness to jump in wherever needed made a real difference — and we’re stronger because of it.

But Clara wasn’t just a valuable teammate. She became a friend to many of us. Through shared challenges, wins, and plenty of laughs along the way, we had the privilege of getting to know Clara on a personal level. Her positivity, professionalism, and kind spirit left a mark we won’t forget.
