LINK IN BIO - This 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program is designed to help participants cultivate mindfulness via meditation, body awareness, yoga, and the exploration of patterns of behavior, thinking, feeling, and action that help them to better navigate the challenges and demands of everyday life.
Facilitated by and , Class will meet weekly in-person on Tuesdays, In-Person: Sep. 16 - Nov. 4, 2025 4:30-7PM with an All Day Silent Retreat Sat. Oct. 18, 2025 8:30am-4:30pm.
This course includes take-home assignments and guided meditations, which will be accessible.
