Pretty cool to see what’s happening here.

Melching purchased the former Muskegon General Hospital property, demolished the hospital, and cleared the way for redevelopment.
Today, new apartments are going up on the site.

We talk a lot about making way for what’s next. This is exactly what we mean.

Proud to have been part of the beginning of this property’s next chapter.

The $21.5 million project can be seen going up off U.S. 31 north of Apple Avenue.

This isn’t your curbside recycling.

Heat exchangers, tanks, I-beams and some seriously heavy scrap. Recovering and recycling industrial materials is all part of the job and we're built to handle it.

Not everything on a demo job needs to become scrap.

Sometimes it just needs a really big ride out.

These tanks were carefully removed, loaded and saved for their next use. That’s the other side of demolition...knowing what’s worth recovering and having the crew and equipment to get it out in one piece.
