Some good progress with the Town and Country project. The landscaping is nearly finished, signage and area markers are almost ready and we will be able to encourage visitors sometime this week!

Today is Match Day with the Norton County Community Foundation. Projects that Empower Norton is working on include upkeep and maintenance on the directional signs (repainting and reflective lettering) and collaborating with the Norton JAG students in raising funds for a dog park. Good progress at Town & Country on Highway 36 this weekend, planted a weeping willow, got 30 more Cannas to plant, pulled a bunch of weeds, (but lots more to pull/kill off, then it's pre-emergent time)...
