Good morning,

This summer has been crazy. While rewarding I realize that I could do better managing the business. I am currently taking steps to do just that

First I will be getting a new phone today. Mine is a complete mess and works only some of the time.

Secondly Ive enlisted some help with scheduling as this part of the job is by far the most overwhelming and my biggest failure

Third I will be more disciplined in adding your horses names to the system and on the bill so I can run horse due reports if a few sneak by without being rescheduled

Looking forward to better managing this part of the business and I sincerely apologize if you have been affected by this. Thank you for your business and trusting me with your horses

Went to see this horse on emergency services. Before i could even tackle the hind foot pictured i had to address the opposite front. Bad abscess. Decided to modify a spider plate for that foot. It’s super thin and just wanted to stabilize the hoof. As soon as i set it down the horse shifted its weight to that foot and allowed me to work on the other front. On the hind end i completely relieved that area and Stabilized the rest of the hoof. Used super soft DIM under the frog plate. Horse was immediately relieved. Owner says he has been happy and heeling even going as far as calling me a master at my job 🤣❤️🤣❤️
