26 tri-axle loads. That’s how much timber and brush we just hauled off this new home site! 😳🚜

The original site prep crew left the yard full of stumps and the property lines piled high with debris. We were called in to get it dialed in. Stumps dug out, brush hauled off, and the site finally prepped the right way. We tracked out a solid rough grade so the concrete crew can get in here, pour the basement, and start going vertical on this home. When you need it done right, you know who to call. 👇👀

Time to reclaim some yard space! 💥🚜 We took down three old sheds that were past their prime, hauled away the debris, and tracked the grade out nice and flat. The property is safe, clean, and ready for whatever the owners want to do next. On to the next one! 👇👀

You can't sell what buyers can't see! 🏡🌳

We just knocked out a massive clean-up for a local realtor getting this property ready to list, and this place was crazy overgrown. The trees and brush had completely swallowed the lot. We had to bring in the heavy artillery to get it back—starting with the Fecon forestry mulcher to chew through the trees that had taken over, and following it up with the brush hog to lay the rest of the jungle down. 🚜💨

Building a custom lot from the ground up! 🏗️🌲 Here is some more behind-the-scenes action from our massive site prep job in Oakdale, WI.

> The CAT excavator and Kubota CTL put in some serious hours on this one. 🚜💨 We ripped out stumps, ran the mulcher, and hauled out a ton of dump truck loads before burning off the rest of the brush. But land clearing isn't just about tearing things down—we carefully shaped this lot. We saved a natural timber barrier for privacy, left untouched habitat for the local wildlife, and even transplanted a few trees to get the landscaping started early! 🦌✨

This 1+ acre field sat untouched for a few years and completely vanished under scrub trees, deadfall, and thick weeds. It went from prime pasture to completely unusable. We brought in the Kubota SVL 97-2 Forestry Edition, let the mulcher eat, and handed the owner their property back before lunch. 🍽️🪵

Late nights and floodlights. 🌙💡

Getting the ol' beast prepped for a day of hauling shale tomorrow. Fluids are checked, fuel is topped off, and we’re throwing some grease at the massive CAT 245 before we finally call it a night.

The hours run long sometimes, but the prep work has gotta be done so we can hit the ground running first thing in the morning. Ready to let this classic iron eat tomorrow! 🚜💨
