To update your cap size:
✅ Log in to vfw.org
✅ Select "Online Membership System (OMS)" under Membership Quick Links
✅ Under Personal Services, click "Cap Size"
✅ Select your cap size and style, then click Submit

This information is needed to order All-State and All-American caps.

Please remember that reaching 101% membership does not automatically qualify a Post for All-State or All-American recognition. Be sure to review your Department Membership Program and the National Membership Program for complete qualification requirements.

With VFW Ottawa Post 3134 – I just got recognized as one of their top fans! 🎉

Great job 3134!

On October 18th 2025 Ottawa VFW Post 3134 celebrated its 80th Anniversary with a member’s annual dinner hosted on the 25th of October.
Members were presented certificates for distinguished service from 5 years all the way to over 50 years, with Frank Harris receiving his certificate as the longest current member with over 53 years of service.
The post was also presented a Congressional Record from Honorable Rep. Jack Bergman (VFW Post 3134 Life Member) which will be entered in the House of Representatives.
I would like to personally thank our volunteers for being the driving force of making this great celebration happen. I also want to thank all the members who helped make this important milestone possible, and especially those who laid the groundwork for our incredible VFW Post. We owe these great men and women our deepest gratitude.
