Another roof in progress and moving the right direction.

We’ve officially torn off the old shingles and installed the ice and water shield—one of the most important steps in protecting this home from leaks, especially around valleys, eaves, and problem areas. This is the layer you don’t always see, but it’s what makes a roof last.

Next up: shingles going on this beautiful home.

We know trust is earned, not given, specially in an industry where homeowners have every reason to be cautious. That’s why we’re focused on doing things the right way, keeping communication clear, and most importantly…getting projects completed from start to finish.

We’ve officially wrapped up the roofing portion of this project, and it’s a big step forward for this homeowner. A solid, properly installed roof is one of the most important parts of protecting a home and we take that responsibility seriously.

While the rest of the exterior work is still in progress, we’re staying focused on steady communication, clean job sites, and doing each phase the right way.

Is Your Attic Ventilating the Way It Should?
