Did you know?

Putting yard waste (sticks, leaves, and grasses) in your trash is actually illegal in Missouri and Illinois! Missouri Law and Illinois Law (RSMo 260.250 & 415 ILCS 5/22.22) restricts yard waste from being placed in landfills.

This is a friendly reminder that we do NOT accept yard waste in your trash (even in a dumpster!). We are unable to take yard waste to the transfer stations, and will be fined if it is mixed with our trash.

Where is the best place to set my can for service?

To ensure your service isn't missed, please make sure your bins aren't blocked by parked vehicles. Our automated arms need a clear path to reach your can safely!

Check the diagram for the magic numbers: 5ft from obstacles and 3ft between bins. Let’s keep the neighborhood clean together!

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our earthly freedom.

Holiday Hours & Service Updates:

Closed Monday, May 25: In observance of the holiday, our office will be closed and pickups will be delayed as our team takes time to reflect and remember.

Pickup Delay: All scheduled pickups will be delayed by one day this week.

Saturday Hours: Our office will be open this Saturday from 8 am–12 pm to assist you .

School’s out and the neighborhood is buzzing! 🚲☀️
As you clear out the backpacks and head outside to play, we have two quick favors to keep our community clean and safe:

♻️ Clean Out Smart: Don’t let that backpack clutter end up in the landfill! Recycle old notebooks (remove the spirals!) and loose-leaf paper. Toss the used tissues and snack wrappers in the trash, and donate any binders or bags that still have life left in them.

🛑 Play It Safe: With more kids out on bikes and scooters, please remember to give our trucks plenty of space. Stay at least 15 feet away from a working vehicle, and never play near or inside the big blue bins!

Let’s kick off the summer right. Have fun and stay safe!

HOLIDAY OBSERVANCE REMINDER!!

If these holidays fall ON or BEFORE your regular pickup day, your trash, recycling, and yard waste will be picked up one day later that week. If the holiday falls on the weekend, all pickups will run on schedule. No delays will occur that week. We suggest you mark these days on your calendar so you will know ahead of time whether or not we observe a certain holiday. Thank you for supporting us!

Memorial Day – Monday, May 25, 2026: All pickups delayed one day

Independence Day – Saturday, July 4, 2026: No Delays. Holiday falls on a Saturday.

Labor Day – Monday, September 7, 2026: All pickups delayed one day

Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 26, 2026: Thursday - Friday pickups delayed one day

Christmas Day – Friday, December 25, 2026: Friday pickup delayed one day

New Year’s Day – Friday, January 1, 2027: Friday pickup delayed one day

Credit/Debit: The fastest received form of payment which can be done over the phone with us or on our web portal. Please note when paying over the phone, there is a 3% processing fee.

ACH: This can be done on our web portal, however it can take up to 7-10 business days to process.

Our web portal can be accessed 24/7 at www.gracehauling.com. Click "Pay Your Bill Online" to get started.

In person payment: We accept cash and check payments in person at our location. Please be advised that we do not have change for cash, so any change needed will be applied as a credit on your account.
