🚨 Nebraska Employers: Big Change Coming October 1, 2025 🚨

The Nebraska Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (also known as the Paid Sick Time Act) will require most employers to provide paid sick leave to their employees starting 10/1/25.

In short:
✅ Applies to most Nebraska employers
✅ Sick leave can be used for personal or family illness, preventive care, or situations related to domestic violence
✅ Accrual and carryover rules apply
