I hope you have been staying healthy during this crazy time. The past 10 weeks have been perhaps the most insane of our lifetime. I wanted to reach out and inquire as to whether you applied for and received a PPP (payroll protection loan) from the SBA. We have assisted over 200 companies in obtaining this loan and in ensuring that they realize the most important feature of the loan, that it is fully forgiven and not subject to being repaid. It is imperative that every company understand the substantial benefits of this loan and in almost all cases apply for the loan.
While funding for this program is close to being exhausted, we have worked with a lender who continues to have availability to make such loans. If you have not yet applied for the loan or are at all uncertain as to whether you qualify, we need to have a call immediately. It is highly likely that you qualify and its very likely that you can borrow these funds and not have to pay them back. In general terms, you should be eligible to borrow 2.5 times your average 2019 monthly payroll. You should be able to receive such funding in the next 2 weeks if you act promptly.
Given our familiarity with the process, we will be able to assist you at a very attractive flat fee rate that is lower than the rates we were able to offer earlier in this process.
We will be hosting 5 conference calls over the next 3 days to discuss the loans and what you need to do to qualify. The calls will take place on the following dates and times:
