Y’all !! I saw this in my email last night for a job I had when I first graduated college !! That was in 2006!! And the salary is literally still the same nearly 15 years later!!!! It may have increased like $3-5K if that!!! I barely made it back then as a single woman but now as a mother of two kids that love to eat and grow faster than weeds, I don’t know what I would do !! This is why I consult companies on their hiring and on-boarding procedures !!! You CAN NOT consider the pay for a job description without considering the person who you want to do it properly!!! Things have changed in 15 years drastically !!! Companies should to!

I heard God tell me this morning to share this because it's exactly what I've been saying (what He told me) all pandemic. We CAN NOT survive with just a job!!!! We need 7 streams of income, a side hustle, small business, investments, SOMETHING!!!!! And that's BIBLE!!! Just read Ecclesiastes 11:2, "Invest in seven ventures, yes in eight; you do not know what disaster may come upon the land." PERIOD!!!!

BDL has certified over 20 coaches virtually in Illinois, Arizona, Florida and Texas!!!! It has been so much fun reaching in other states and we are no where near done !! But our official headquarters is in Chicago !!! And that’s where we will start our very first In Person coaching certification course !!

Our Fall cohort will be Live and in person October 2nd and 3rd!! This will be two power packed days full of coaching foundations, business development, ministry essentials and more !!! We are even hosting our 1st graduation on Sunday the 3rd!!! Coaches will be able to receive their official certifications at the graduation !!!!! We are toooo excited !!

We are back at it and for the first time since launching our academy in 2020 that we will be in person !!!!!!!! Yes yes !!!! BDL Coaching’s fall life coach certification cohort will be Live!! It’s a 2 Day Intensive at the Creative Space Studio in Chicago on October 2nd & 3rd!!! Both days will be filled with a faith based curriculum approach to individual, community and corporate coaching, business development and strategy, product development and so much more !!!

We are also hosting a physical graduation ceremony on Sunday to celebrate certification completion!! I will also be praying over each student and the launch of their businesses !!!
