🇺🇸 Holiday Safety Reminder 🇺🇸

If you're celebrating with fireworks this holiday, please soak all used fireworks in water overnight before placing them in your trash cart.

Even fireworks that seem "out" can stay hot enough to melt a cart or start a fire in a garbage truck.

Well today we picked up our first cart destroyed by the careless disposal of used fireworks this summer.

Soak ALL used fireworks in water before placing them in a plastic bag or cart. It’s a very simple process.

Our carts are a very important item for our business. You will be charged for the destroyed cart plus a pick up fee to get it and a delivery fee to bring a new cart.

Some of our favorite memories, best lessons, and strongest values came from a dad who showed up day after day without asking for recognition.

Today we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures whose love was shown through hard work, sacrifice, and simply being there.

You may have noticed a different truck on your trash route over the past couple of weeks.

Back in February, we were involved in a three-vehicle accident when another vehicle collided with our trash truck while we were stopped at a stop sign.
Thankfully, no one was seriously injured.
Unfortunately, our truck sustained extensive damage and has since been declared a total loss.

Even without our trash truck, we remained committed to serving our customers and made sure every route was completed by using our truck and trailer to keep service running smoothly.

We are so grateful for your patience, understanding, and continued support of our small family-owned business. It truly means the world to us. Thank you!😊

**IMPORTANT NOTICE**

We are heading out of state today to pick up some business equipment and will be in and out of cell service. Because of this, our office will be closed until 8 AM Monday morning. We will return all phone calls on Monday.

UPDATE for those who have been asking:

Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers for Chandler!! 🙏🩷
He refused to go to the Dr, because he said, "We have customers relying on me to pick up their trash."
So, he came home, we cleaned it really well, placed Steri-Strips on it, covered it with some sterile padding and wrapped an Ace bandage around it and away he went!!
You won't find many as dedicated as he is...or stubborn!😅

Yesterday, Chandler, our driver, was badly cut by sharp items placed loosely in a bag. (That's an actual pic of Chandler's leg yesterday.)

To protect our crew, please place sharp objects, like broken glass or razor blades, in a small sealed and labeled cardboard box or sturdy container. Then, place it either inside your trash bag or on top of your cart on pickup day!
Your extra care means everything.
