When placing a order I will fill out a purchase order form and it will be emailed to you. When you get it, you will read it and agree to the NON-REDUNDABLE deposit, if there is one, and the price. If you are placing a custom order, you are required to send 50% of the payment before the order is started. This is NON-REFUNDABLE. If, for what ever reason, you decide to not keep the item, you will not get the 50% back and you will have to pay return shipping.
