Dear Adventurers & Coffee Lovers,

Sarah and I started Campstuff Coffee with a simple idea — to help people create lasting memories while camping and exploring the outdoors. We wanted to build something that reminded us how connected we become around a campfire, how special those quiet mornings with family can be, and how that first sip of coffee as the sun rises can etch memories that last a lifetime.

Eight years later, we’re proud to see that dream alive and thriving. Campstuff at Deception Pass has grown into a place where travelers, families, and park regulars find common ground — where strangers become friends over a shared love of good coffee, good stories, and the simple joy of being outdoors.

Now, with your help, we’re ready for the next phase of the adventure: Base Camp. Born from that same spirit of community and a belief that the outdoors belongs to everyone, Base Camp is our next big leap — a way to open the door to adventure even wider.

More than a coffee shop, Base Camp will be a gathering place, a retail space, and an educational hub designed to bring people together. A place where families, students, and dreamers can belong, explore, learn, and feel welcomed. Whether it’s borrowing gear for a first camping trip, taking part in a workshop, sharing stories by the fire, or simply connecting with others who love the outdoors, everyone will have a place.

This next chapter is built on community investment, and in a continued the belief that it’s the people that make a place special. Through partnerships, local involvement, and shared passion, Base Camp will grow into a space shaped by the people who use it, love it, and believe in what it stands for.

Years from now, when new generations walk through the doors of Base Camp or hold that warm cup of coffee in the wild, they’ll feel that same sense of belonging. They’ll know this was built with them in mind — by a community that believed in making the outdoors accessible, inviting, and full of possibility.
