This week has felt heavy. Not because anything is wrong. Business is good, family is good, life is good. ❤️ Yet somehow, it’s all felt overwhelming.

The kind of week where you can’t sleep, so you work… and before you know it, you’ve worked 12 hours and well into the night.

Tonight’s reset? Getting back to my Uptown Adventures. Stretching with friends in a beautiful courtyard, watching the sky turn from day to night.

One hour of movement, friendship, and a much-needed reminder that even when life is good, self-care matters. 💙

Today feels a little surreal.

Thrive is 13 years old.

Thirteen years ago, it was just me in a one-room office, trying to build a practice that reflected what I believed therapy and care could be. I had hopes for it, but I never imagined what it would become — or how much it would shape me along the way.

Today, that little solo practice has grown into a thriving group practice filled with people I’m incredibly grateful to work alongside.

This journey has challenged me, stretched me, humbled me, and taught me more than I ever expected. I certainly don’t always get it right. One of the biggest things I’ve learned over these 13 years is just how much the people around you matter.

I’m thankful for my family and friends who have supported me, encouraged me, listened to me, celebrated the wins, and stood beside me through the hard days.

I’m thankful for our clinicians and leadership team who believe in what we’re building and bring the mission to life every day. And I’m thankful for every client who has trusted Thrive to be part of their journey.

Thirteen years later, the mission that was set in place in that little one-room office is still at the heart of what we do — there are just so many more people helping carry it forward.

Happy 13th Anniversary, Thrive. 💙

Manic Monday, Uptown edition! 🏙️

Today’s lunch break was about finding a great spot in the fresh air to get the creative juices flowing while people-watching—and building something new. I spent the time working on a business I’m getting ready to launch, inspired by a need I’ve seen among telehealth providers.

Still a few pieces to put together, but I’m excited to share more as it takes shape. Sometimes the adventure is what you’re creating along the way. ✨
