Organizer. Coordinator. Snack curator. Bedroom assignment officer. Leader of the leaders.

Many hats. Zero complaints. Creating experiences is my love language.

But first…beach views before the crew rolls in tomorrow🏖️

Interviewing new clinicians might be one of my favorite part of this work. The passion, the eagerness, the why behind what they do. Tough choices ahead… but that’s a good problem to have. 😊

Hard things have a way of showing up uninvited — a flood, a loss, an unexpected setback. But every time we make it through, we discover something we didn’t know we had. Strength isn’t built in the easy moments. It’s revealed in the hard ones. So whatever storm you’re facing right now, just know — you’re more resilient than you think. 💛

The business advice nobody should be following… 👀 Swipe through your new “strategy.” 😂 Happy April Fools’ from someone who is currently writing this post when she should be sleeping. 💀 We love what we do — but girl needs rest.

Grateful to spend time with these lovely people!

This Social Work Month, I’m honoring everyone in this profession who keeps showing up. The ones who sit with grief, navigate crisis, advocate in impossible systems, and still find a way to pour into the people they serve.

But I also want to say this: you cannot pour from an empty cup.

So much of my work now is dedicated to the helpers — the social workers, therapists, counselors, and caregivers who give endlessly and often forget to give to themselves. Burnout in this profession is real. Compassion fatigue is real. And you deserve the same care and intention you extend to everyone else.

If no one has told you lately — your work matters. You matter.

Happy Social Work Month to every social worker out there doing the hard, holy work of holding space for others. 🤍
