Sculpture is a company that offers an auditing service that will help small and medium-sized businesses manage their inventory for wine, beer, draft, liquor, and food. We use Sculpture’s software in conjunction with the client’s existing POS and we preform alcohol audits to see where and how much alcohol is being
used. We work with the client to decrease their losses and increase their profits. This inventory management service will make bar stocking easier, reduce theft, and control beer and alcohol inventory levels. Auditing: Our company specializes in preforming audits to provide inventory management to the small and medium-sized businesses we work for. Our company documents: what alcohol is being used, what is the average pour size per alcohol, how much is being sold, how much each alcohol is over or short, how much alcohol is on hand in dollars. Each audit uses the clients’ receipt of sales for the week to determine what these numbers are. An employee of Sculpture goes to the establishment and performs many tasks in a systematic method to include the following: counting all the kegs, counting all the bottles of beer, counting all the bottles of alcohol, weighing all the kegs, and weighing all the open bottles of alcohol. After these tasks are completed, the employee receives the invoices and receipts of alcohol from any employee of the client and we document it into the computer program. Our company starts out with four secret audits to establish a baseline for the numbers. In secret audits, the employees of the client are not aware that our services are being utilizes. Depending on when the client decides to address their employees of their business will be determined by the client. After theses secret audits, a time will be established for the next succeeding audits. Consulting: Our employees will utilize different areas of communication with the client to go over in detail what the numbers mean in the report. We will communicate through email, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings. We will help recognize what alcohol is being sold, help sustain profits, and what areas to focus on. Investigation: Our auditing expertise provides us with the ability to perform an analysis of our weekly detailed reports to help our clients identify and recognize inconsistencies in these reports.
