Transparency means you HAVE to be honest….you can’t hide behind the veil you’re claiming to lift for others.

I am humbled by the Truth, even when it reveals my wounds. It has taught me to take a good, hard look at my placement. All is as it should be.

I no longer have the time to be dragged through a desensitized platform of limitless redirection. Human trafficking (can also) come in the way of who we choose to include & who we choose to shut out of some elite, deformed creation filled with artificial sabotage. Stop desensitizing your Spirit with garbage deceit….stop following a leader that continues to claim victim, who monetizes by way of flipping scripts.

Start standing up for yourself, start setting boundaries, start putting a stop to the chaos of emotional abuse & disregard.

I dreamt that Life went back into the hands of God….that the focused & Holy Mother shined a light on the course. The course of collaboration, not competition. The course of peace, not war….the course of respect & gratitude, not rank & blame. I dreamt of diversity & acceptance, inclusion & understanding. I dreamt of the Grand Council.

Take a deep breath, keep your neck, head, feet & hands warm & try to EMbrace yourself over bracing yourself.
Grief can bring a variety of symptoms, including anemia, heart conditions, constipation, infections, depression, uncertainty, anxiety & isolation…….
Staying warm & nourished helps as we transition through the seasons. Breathing & gentle movement supports oxygenation to your organs. Drink warm beverages & eat warm food. Slow down, take warm baths, slow down…… ❣️

Watch for the color ”Green” today.

Mind what it represents to you. It need not be disclosed, as if you think it….it’s been thought. That/those thoughts have been taught.
Taught. Taut.
Break free from the thoughts.
FEEL the green. Feel the embers of it collide with the reds & the oranges…the yellows, blues, purples & robust whites. Allow everything to coarse through your field of energy & do not contain all that you are. Surrender to the rivers of constant returns to LOVE.
Nature guides us.
Play in the rain & dance, sing, cry, laugh….remember who you are.
