A message from the President of Golden Svcs, LLC as we celebrate 5 years in business.

Hello all and thanks for your kind words for my and the Golden Svcs team's success. It has been a great journey for our team and we continue to move forward for success and to build on our great partnerships and discover new ones.

As many of you are aware we finished our base year at DOE-HQ under a Firm Fixed Price contract and it is noteworthy to share that we receive accolades for our team's successes to include: establishing a positive relationship with the labor union and negotiating a fair 5 year labor contract , DOE approved Financial Management System, promoting our Deputy General Manager (Terry Cuba) to General Manager, receiving an Exceptional CPAR for our expedited Transition, Installation of Officer Survival barriers to increase officer safety, implemented the Security Planning Group and many more. As you can see it was a busy 9 months.

Also, Golden was successful on two subcontracts supporting East TN vital security programs for the National Security Complex. To motivate continued success in this sector, Mr. Bill Sanders transitioned from DOE-HQ GM to VP-DOE/NNSA Operations and is working with our corporate BD-VP (Don Griggs) to build upon these successes.

To ensure our project teams have great support, we have adopted the best in class technology packages to support HR, Finance, communications and Compensation & Benefits to allow project members to focus on efficient, effective and customer focused service deliverables. To facilitate effective implementation for these programs our VP-Business Services (Michelle Kyker) has established appropriate Quality Assurance Programs to motivate continuous improvement and establish best practices.

On Monday January 25, 2016 we had the honor of attending the Tennessee Veterans Business Association Annual Keynote Dinner at the Jackson Avenue Terminal in Knoxville TN. In addition to very inspiring presentations from Steve Beres and Noah Galloway, we learned about the inspiring work that Actor David Keith is doing with the Hero Child Rescue Corp. The HERO Corps is a joint project of the National Association to Protect Children, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the U.S. Special Operations Command. Basically, they train Veterans, many of them wounded in combat, how to investigate child endangerment cases, primarily in the area of child po*******hy, and bring these horrible people to justice; but most importantly they get these people off the streets and out of our neighborhoods. Saving the lives and protecting the welfare of innocent children is a truly noble cause and we at Golden Svcs commend Mr. Keith and this organization for their efforts.
