Information International Associates (IIa) is a woman-owned business founded by Bonnie C. Carroll in 1988. With over 220 employees in the United States and the United Kingdom, IIa manages contracts with the government, academic, and private entities from its headquarters in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and its capitol area office near Washington, DC. IIa leverages expertise in information management, innovative applications of technologies, and deep subject matter knowledge to provide unique value to our customers. We have developed a keen understanding of the roles of information within and between organizations and how to unlock the potential of information as a strategic resource.
