Well I'LL BE. We did it again. Entered our newest wine in the the Orange County Commercial Wine Competition this year. It's our FIRST vintage of the Sicilian Nero d'Avola, and it appears John and Louie have a knack for it.

GOLD MEDAL.

Warm congratulations to the whole gang, and a special handshake to the visitors who helped us pick those grapes this year. It's backbreaking because the grapes are "low hanging fruit"...not easy for tall folks!

Asked for a comment, Farmer John replied, "HOT DOG!"
