I am mom of two boys, a Registered Nurse, originally from Ghana, currently in the USA and a proud digital business owner. I started this business as a way of earning extra income towards my retirement so i can retire early and enjoy my family while still young. It was important to me to be in a position to not only provide for my immediate family, but also my mom and brothers who have sacrificed a lot for me to be where i am. A woman's strength goes far beyond physical muscles. ❤️

It's in the sacrifices she makes, the responsibilities she carries, the challenges she faces, and the courage to keep showing up even when she's tired.

As a wife, mother, nurse, and entrepreneur, I've learned that strength isn't about having everything figured out. It's about refusing to give up on yourself and your dreams.

Whether it's in the gym, at home, at work, or building my business, every day is another opportunity to grow stronger.

And one thing I've learned on this journey? You can be strong for everyone else and still make room to build something for yourself.

My face says I’m tired. My goals say we’re not done yet! 😂
I may need a breather, but quitting is not an option.

Your job can replace your position. Your family can never replace you.
That is a painful thought when you’ve given years of your life to your work.
The early mornings. The extra shifts. The meals you missed. The times you told your children, “Mommy has to work,” when you wished you could stay.
As a nurse, I know what it means to show up for people who need you. I’m proud of that work.
But if something happened to me tomorrow, someone else would eventually fill my position. The company would continue.
At home, there would be an empty chair. Two boys missing their mother. A husband missing his wife. A silence no new employee could ever fill.
Being good at your job doesn’t make the company yours. And years of service don’t give your children ownership of what you helped build.
That realization is part of why I started building something of my own alongside nursing. It takes work, patience, and sacrifice. But I want to give my family more than whatever energy I have left after a shift. I want to create more choices and work toward a legacy they can benefit from.
Give your best at work. Make room for your own dreams, too. Take the pictures. Sit down for dinner. Be present for the people who love you.
The company will carry on. Your family will carry your absence.
Let that thought shape how you spend the time you still have.

What Are Your Goals Asking of You?

“Success has a price.”
This workout reminds me that my goals require something from me: discipline to show up, patience while I grow, and sacrifice when I’d rather choose comfort.
I’m learning this in both fitness and business. Making time to learn. Following through. Staying consistent when progress feels slow.
I’m still a work in progress, but I’m putting action behind my goals.
What’s one action you can take toward yours today?

Building a business hasn’t taken away my love for the simple things—like bringing a taste of home into my kitchen.
And whether it’s baking or business, being willing to learn and put in the work goes a long way.
