There are some projects that are about so much more than the work itself. ❤️
While my brother-in-law Jesse is in the hospital fighting cancer, a group of us got together to do something we knew he would never ask us to do. We cleaned out his shed, prepped the space, and poured him a concrete floor.
Jesse is fighting this battle stronger than concrete, and while he’s focused on the fight of his life, we wanted to take one thing off his plate and remind him that he’s not fighting alone.
This was truly a community effort. The kind of effort that comes from the kind of guys who would give you the shirt off their back without thinking twice. Jesse would never ask for help, but in this community, you don’t always get a choice. When someone needs you, you show up.
