The City of Riviera Beach Barracuda Bay Water Park was a complex job that many others couldn’t do. So we took it on doing a variety of things including disassembling and reassembling slide structures, regal coating, and extensive tile and resurfacing of several pools, play structures, and slides. The city was so satisfied with our work at their Bucky Dent Water Park, they brought us back to do the McDonald Park in 2002. This is one of the first and only water parks in Dade County with wave pool, and the city is thrilled!

The pool’s expansion joints at Milander Park Water Complex were an ongoing problem until ZTI got involved. We installed a new PVC membrane, installed the slide structure, and repaired the pool’s expansion joints to make sure the pool would last for years to come.

ZTI built the entire water park in the year 2000. The park has generated millions of dollars of revenue for the city every year since. It’s a thing of beauty.
