When I decided to bring the weekly networking dinner model to life, I made a decision that most leaders wouldn't make.
I didn't invite my top distributors to come help me launch it.

I didn't rent a hotel room and make it look big.

I didn't wait until I had a crowd.
I showed up to a local restaurant with me and one guest.
That's it.
Because I knew the number one excuse people were going to have was going to be:

"I don't have enough people."
So I had to create the story first.
I took pictures. I documented it. I showed what it looked like to pioneer something from scratch — so that anyone on my team, at any level, with any experience, could look at it and say:
"I can do that."
Week by week it grew.

Me and one guest became 5.

5 became 10. 10 became 20.
Then something happened that I didn't fully plan for — it started spreading on its own.
I began challenging people:

"If you want sustainable local growth, you need to get this model going in your area."
And if someone wouldn't do it — I'd find someone in their city who would. Whether they were on my team or not.
Because the goal wasn't to protect territory.

The goal was to rebuild the infrastructure.
From one city to two. To five. To ten. To fifty.
Now we have 100+ cities running a weekly networking dinner every single week.
It started at a little pizza place.

It's evolved into professional venues.
But the rule has never changed — keep it small, simple, and duplicatable.
That's the only way it grows to 100 cities.

That's the only way a brand new person with no experience can start one tomorrow.
I shared this on stage at Eric Worre's Go Pro Mastermind because this model is what's been missing in our profession since the pandemic.

When in-person events opened back up, I didn't just restart what we had before.
I rebuilt it smarter.
I had two goals:

Attract prospects who actually want to come
Attract distributors who want to get one started in their city

So I asked myself — what would make someone want to walk into this room even if they had zero interest in network marketing?
The answer changed everything.
I found a local restaurant with a private room and started a weekly networking dinner.
The format is simple:

→ First 30 minutes: open networking. Local business professionals come and promote what they do. Attorneys. Realtors. Entrepreneurs. People with real businesses.

→ Second 30 minutes: I share what we do and how we can support each other.
The ratio is important — it's 80% focused on the networking and 20% on what I do.
It's not a business briefing.

It's not a pitch room.

It's a real networking event that happens to include what I do.
And because local professionals have a reason to come that has nothing to do with joining my business — they come. They bring people. They keep coming back.

That's how you build a room people want to be in.
