Today, adult women still walk through the world disconnected from themselves. They learned to sacrifice their intutition, wisdom, voice in exchange to be accepted and loved...but really it is to be safe. Unfortunately, many don't realize it is a sacrifice, but only know it as a way of life. It doesn't matter when this learning process begins...it matters that it can end. The sooner girls know they are precious, that their voices are important, and that their emotions make them magical...the sooner than can develop confidence, manage their fears and not be another wounded adult woman. Easy to agree with, right? Yet, not so easy to navigate with the many messages we and the world communicate to our daughters...right?
