Our equipment and magnets do a lot of the work 🧲 but our team provides another essential check by manually removing trash and remaining bits of metal and rebar as material moves along the conveyor. That extra attention helps keep our recycled material clean and ready for our customers.

Meet Dennis Clark, one of the newest faces on the Argent team! 👋

Dennis joined Argent looking for a new opportunity and brings 30 years of industry experience to his role as operator. His start came at just 13, digging ditches on jobs with his dad, who was a contractor.

Dennis is a Martinez resident and classic car collector, and has a full house with five boys!

We are glad to have you on the team, Dennis! ♻️

Meet Fermin Garibaldi 👋

Fermin has been with Argent for six months and is already holding things down as Team Lead at the top of the pile, overseeing the trucks coming in to dump material and keeping things moving.

Born and raised in Oakland, Fermin has called the city home for 32 years. He’s married, a dad of three, a big Power Rangers fan, and a serious toy collector.

And when we say collector, we mean it, Fermin even pulled a very valuable 1996 Yu-Gi-Oh! card straight from a pack.

We’re happy to have Fermin as part of the Argent crew. Welcome to the team, Fermin! 👏
