Last week, our digital and content team headed to D.C. for a retreat centered on collaboration, connection, and joy.

Shared experiences like these are what build great teams, and we loved the opportunity to bond, especially getting to meet our newest and smallest team member after our colleague welcomed a baby!

We are so grateful for this group and look forward to everything we will achieve together next.

At Change Consulting, we honor the roots of Pride: a protest for justice sparked by Black and Brown q***r trailblazers.

We recognize that Pride is both a celebration and an ongoing fight for dignity, joy, and freedom. True liberation is only possible when we center those at the intersections of Blackness, q***rness, and gender expression.

Happy Pride Month 🏳️‍🌈✊🏾

June is pulling up with all the nostalgia and all the joy.

The smell of cookouts in the air, music playing in the background, kids laughing outside, and those simple moments that remind us what happiness feels like.

Here's to full plates, full hearts, and finding joy in the little things and making memories that stay with us long after summer ends.

Hello, June. 🌻🍔🌭💛
