Hey family! I'm currently designing new business cards and swag. In the meantime, here's an afternoon reflection.

I facilitated a centering session yesterday. It was powerful to sit in the stillness as the room focused on the deep inhale and a sigh. These are one of my favorite moments. It's a reminder of my dignity and belonging. I hope to continue creating these opportunities for myself and others.
