Last week, all ALR offices came together at our Oakland headquarters to celebrate our team and recognize a few milestone anniversaries.

This annual tradition means so much to our crew not just a chance to celebrate the commitment of our teammates, but to share the stories and memories we’ve built over the years, and welcome the newest members of the ALR family.

We’re grateful for the people who make ALR what it is, and for the years of dedication, collaboration, and friendship that make our team so special. Here’s to celebrating our people and all that’s ahead. Together!
