Getting fired as a plumbing foreman was one of the best things that ever happened to me. I just couldn’t see it at the time.
I spent 10 years in the plumbing industry. I worked hard, showed up, led crews, and did what I thought I was supposed to do to build a successful life.
Then one day, I got fired.
What felt like rejection was actually redirection.
See, sometimes God will allow you to get uncomfortable in a place you’ve become too comfortable in.
I went from working to build someone else’s dream to learning how to build my own.
I started studying credit, banking, business funding, and how wealthy people leverage capital to create opportunities.
Fast-forward…
I went from a fired plumbing foreman to accessing over $500,000 in capital to grow businesses and acquire cash-producing assets.
Today, through Cash Cade, we’ve helped business owners access over $10 MILLION in funding over the last three years.
But here’s the biggest lesson I learned:
Your current position doesn’t determine your future potential.
Sometimes the door closing isn’t punishment. It’s preparation.
I didn’t lose my purpose when I lost that job. I discovered another part of it.
And now my mission is to help other business owners stop thinking small, understand the power of capital, and build something that outlives them.
I went from turning wrenches to teaching business owners how to leverage capital.
Same work ethic. Different assignment. Bigger vision.
