The Pittsburgh Pagan Security Detail The Pittsburgh Pagan Security Detail is a team of security experts with varied security backgrounds including Military Service.

The PPSD is a team of professional security specialists, with varied backgrounds ranging from Military Service, and Armed Security companies. We are available to meet the needs of the Pagan and Spiritual Community to provide safe and secure areas for festivals and gatherings.

The team will be on hand at the Greater Pittsburgh Pagan Pride day, and would like to make the following announcement:

While we do welcome Ritual Athames, and Swords, it is going to be required for any edged weapons to be Peace Tied by our team members, and the seals are not permitted to be broken, while patrons are at the event.

Failure to abide by this sole rule, will result in a warning first, followed by an ejection from the event, without refund of admission fees.

We are looking to have a nice, peaceful event, and ask that everyone abides by this.

Our team members will be identified by red t shirts this year if any need of our services are required.

The team had a great day protecting the attendees at Grove of Gaia fest 2015.
They will be on hand at Pagans in the Park 2015 as well!! Come on ou out and meet them!!!

Drake Bowan, the founder of the team, is a 16 year Veteran of the PA Army National Guard, the Director of the Oakmont Paranornal Society, and the owner of the Dragon Minstrel, and Dragonkin Photography.
Drake has been studying the Craft for over 10 years, and is the father to 9 kids, and Handfasted Spouse of Barbara Wagoner.

We will be at the Pagans in the Park Festival, as well as Grove of Gaia Fest, and The Greater Pgh Pagan Pride Day! Come say hi to the team!
