Let me reintroduce myself to the new followers on the page as I have not used this catering page in some years since I moved here from Nebraska. My name is Elsie! I graduated from here in Oberlin but we will keep my graduating year a secret. A lady never tells her age! 😂💅🏻
I started this catering business in Nebraska with my three oldest kiddos and my future husband Dumisani (everyone in town knows him as Dee). It was mostly to teach my kiddos the skills of cooking, as I have worked in the food industry since I was 14, several years. As well as to teach them work ethic and business. I used to be a professional photographer when they were little.
I have a massive passion for cooking and I always put my love and soul into it each and every time. I am even writing a cook book currently as I also have a passion for writing, even though I rarely measure anything. So as I begin to create delicious meals for all of you I'm going to be taking note of my measurements. 😂
I'm quite educated on food safety, food allergies, and cross contamination. I keep a very clean very orderly kitchen and home. Healthy, quality food for my family and friends is always my main priority. And this spring I plan to grow a large beautiful garden for my family's benefit and for yours!
