These tators are so easy and so delicious!
Simply peel your potatoes and put them in a pot of boiling water with some salt.
Once they are nice and tender add
about a quarter cup of chicken broth
1 cup of butter
And 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Add buttermilk if you like your tators creamier rather than thick and chunky like we do!
You won't regret it!
This is for about 7-8 small to medium size potatoes

My apologies for going MIA y'all! It's been a real rough few weeks. I have been having some health complications lately, few trips to the ER and several doctors appointments. I'm back on the mend now with a few yummy recipes to share over the next couple of days! 😋

Free recipe day!
Craving something fresh, light, and healthy that packs a power punch!? This is called a salmon ceviche rice bowl! A good way to eat leftover rice and salmon filets fast before they spoil. Just take your: leftover salmon
Leftover rice (always eat leftover rice within 24 hours after cooking as there are invisible bacteria and mold that grow very quickly in rice that causes influenza A!)
Chop some onion
Tomatoes
Slice lemon
Slice lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Warm up your rice and salmon and combine with tomatoes and onion. Squeeze lemon and lime over it all and salt and pepper to taste!
I sometimes add avocado and cilantro and it's wonderful!

Let me reintroduce myself to the new followers on the page as I have not used this catering page in some years since I moved here from Nebraska. My name is Elsie! I graduated from here in Oberlin but we will keep my graduating year a secret. A lady never tells her age! 😂💅🏻
I started this catering business in Nebraska with my three oldest kiddos and my future husband Dumisani (everyone in town knows him as Dee). It was mostly to teach my kiddos the skills of cooking, as I have worked in the food industry since I was 14, several years. As well as to teach them work ethic and business. I used to be a professional photographer when they were little.

I have a massive passion for cooking and I always put my love and soul into it each and every time. I am even writing a cook book currently as I also have a passion for writing, even though I rarely measure anything. So as I begin to create delicious meals for all of you I'm going to be taking note of my measurements. 😂

I'm quite educated on food safety, food allergies, and cross contamination. I keep a very clean very orderly kitchen and home. Healthy, quality food for my family and friends is always my main priority. And this spring I plan to grow a large beautiful garden for my family's benefit and for yours!

There's a little about me and where my love and passion for cooking comes from and why I just can't seem to give up on my dream to feed the people I know and care about. We should start a page trend! Tell me what's your favorite meal aaaand.....what is your passion!?

It's been a long time and we miss you all! Unfortunately for some but fortunately for others we have moved locations! Now in the northwest Kansas area! Some of you in the area have been blessed with trying my cooking! But those of you that have not, here's your opportunity to try at a discount!
