What’s all the hype about Workplace Culture?

There’s a movement going on where niche companies are putting their lime lights on all the neat things they’re doing for their employees to instill a certain ‘culture’ – it’s disappointing that even with all the effort company leaders are putting into the culture movement, most are still missing the true meaning of the target.
